1. The awards are Free to enter
2. Deadline for all entries to the Cloud Computing World Series Awards is Friday the 20th April at 5.30pm GMT.
3. Entry forms can be accompanied by documentary evidence. Please make sure this is labelled clearly within the email and on the entry form.
4. Entry forms will only be accepted in electronic form only. Any supporting documentation must also be in electronic form.
5. All entries must be delivered via email. Email entries This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  
6. On receipt of your entry, Keynote, the awards organiser, will confirm its arrival via email. If you do not obtain such a receipt within three days, it is your responsibility to contact us to confirm its arrival. Unless you have this written or verbal confirmation from us, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your entry.
7. Each company can enter a maximum of 10 entries.
8. You may enter the same product in more than one category and you can enter as many entries as you wish in the same category. However, every entry must be presented on a separate entry form.
9. A company entering the same product in different categories and including supporting documentation for the product/service, you must duplicate this supporting material for each category you enter.
10. Each entry (with supporting material) should be sent as a separate email.
11. Please provide us with an awards liaison representative who can take any enquiries or questions the organisers or judges may have. You must provide their full contact details on the entry form.
12. We will publish details about the category winners, including profiles from the entry form.
13. We will not reveal the names of those companies/individuals who are not short listed.
14. Three companies will be short listed in each category and the winners will be announced during an awards ceremony on the 12th June, London.
