Criteria
In making their decision, our judging panel may consider the following criteria related to the Best Social CRM category:
- What’s new, different or unique in terms of the delivery of the product
- The complexity of the application and how it is represented in terms of ease-of-use for the end-user
- The product's position as a global and local market innovator
- Unique implementation features
- Pricing and value for money
Process
Following the entry deadline of 20th April 2012, the judges will shortlist three entries in this category , with one winner announced at the Cloud Computing World Forum, on the 12th June 2012.
